In this role I'm currently in, I manage my staff and have learned how to be a leader. I roll with the punches and provide quality control over all content.

In this position I learned how to edit critically and develop in-depth thinking when writing my own stories.
Opinion editor
In this editor position I learned how to write persuasively and make a convincing argument.
Staff writer
As a staff writer, I was writing two stories a week and learned AP style as well as how to effectively manage my time.

I'm a junior currently earning my bachelor's degree in digital media.
I have aspirations to have a career in journalism and one day write for Rolling Stone Magazine.
I currently have a 3.94 GPA.
I'm also the secretary/ treasurer of the communications department
honor society—Lambda Pi Eta.
